Then it is poured into a wooden strip box, crushed and flattened with wooden flats, cut into strips in the box, then take out the shelf and cut strips of sugar cakes into slices. In those days, children were looking forward to the New Year, and one of their hopes was to eat sugar for years. It's just that New Year's candy is like a luxury, and it can't be eaten casually. After the Lantern Festival, there are no New Year's greetings, and adults allow their children to eat sugar.
