Two Cement Enterprises Organizational Optimization Has Another Big Action

News Following the large-scale inspection in 2016 10 , at the beginning of the New Year, two cement enterprises, Daye Peak and Yunnan Peak, have successively adjusted their organizational structure and job responsibilities, further integrate internal resources and take new steps in organizational optimization.

The air compressor of the production department is assigned to the management of the manufacturing workshop to reduce intermediate links; the machine repair in all areas is responsible for the management of leakage, equipment inspection, equipment hygiene and maintenance of simple problems in this area, and its responsibilities are clearly defined. The site shift of the production department is divided into two major workshops to realize the separation of procurement and acceptance, etc. With the re-division and establishment of institutions and posts, the functions and responsibilities of specific posts have also been adjusted accordingly.

organization, the management force of Daye peak has been optimized, reducing the phenomenon of cross and repeated management between departments, the staffing is more reasonable, the management level is reduced, and the management organization is flatter. The maintenance personnel are managed by the manufacturing department in a unified way, which reduces the idle human resources, adds more opportunities for the maintenance personnel to practice and improves the maintenance efficiency; the manufacturing department is responsible for the unified management of the mine raw material system, the firing coal grinding system and the finished product delivery system. In the future, the coordination of kiln and grinding operation will be more tacit. At the same time, it will be convenient for sub-system management and create favorable conditions for the implementation of the upcoming "amoeba" management. Judging from the current implementation, the internal human resources of the enterprise have been further integrated, the management cost has a downward trend, and the production organization will be further optimized.
