Bai Wang's cooking method is difficult to say and easy to say. Before killing pigs, prepare a basin and add salt (salt must be appropriate, this is the key, otherwise this dish is easy to fail). When killing pigs, take about one liter of blood (or depending on the quantity of production), shake it to fully mix the blood with salt, and then put it aside to prevent touching. Making Baiwang requires a lot of seasonings.
