In 2009 , I was transferred to a pharmaceutical company. I joined Peak in 1997 and have been working in a cable company, from a small white cable to a professional and technical personnel of communication cables. During this growth process, I have made many mistakes, but Jianfeng is a very tolerant company, and every mistake I make has promoted my growth. The meaningful thing I can do now is to pass on these mistakes and sum up the experience to more people, so as to avoid detours and create more benefits.
