I have been working in Peak for nearly 30 years, spent many unforgettable times and left many beautiful memories. At that time, I graduated from Wuxi Radio Industry School and was assigned to work in a cable factory under Jianfeng Group. I stepped into the society from the school. The change of identity made me feel very uncomfortable. Leaders at all levels also gave us new employees who had just entered the society. With the greatest patience and encouragement, we spared no effort to teach us how to behave and do things in order to integrate into the big family of the enterprise more quickly.

At that time, it happened to be the preparation and trial production stage of the cable company. During this period, it was inevitable to encounter various difficulties and emergencies. Every time I turned danger into safety, I fully appreciated the great wisdom and personality of the leader. charm. In daily work, the employees are sincere unity, regardless of personal gains and losses, fully reflects the strength of the team. Together, we have witnessed the development of an enterprise from scratch, from small to large, from strong to refined. I have grown together with the enterprise in this competitive, more inclusive and friendly atmosphere.

In 2009 , I was transferred to a pharmaceutical company. Under the environment of continuous impact and adjustment in the pharmaceutical industry, the pharmaceutical company can still occupy a place in the regional circulation industry. This is inseparable from the strong support of Jianfeng Group, which makes me feel the warmth of the Jianfeng family. At the same time, I am sincerely proud to be a Jianfeng person.

I joined Peak in 1997 and have been working in a cable company, from a small white cable to a professional and technical personnel of communication cables. During this growth process, I have made many mistakes, but Jianfeng is a very tolerant company, and every mistake I make has promoted my growth. The meaningful thing I can do now is to pass on these mistakes and sum up the experience to more people, so as to avoid detours and create more benefits. I think that there are many old employees who have worked in Jianfeng for decades or even for a lifetime like me, and it is because of this spirit of inheritance that the big family of Jianfeng will last forever.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the group's listing and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the cable company.
