After the fault is solved, if she has something unclear or unclear, she will take the initiative to consult the electrician and the shift monitor, asking what causes the fault, how to solve the problem or what accessories to replace. Over time, she has accumulated some experience in the fault judgment and analysis of the packaging machine. When the packaging machine is abnormal, she can basically make accurate judgments, which has brought a lot of help to solve equipment failures and improve work efficiency. Usually, when she finds problems on the spot, she also likes to take the initiative to raise them to the monitor or management personnel, and asks for immediate treatment.
