In daily work, when the gray nozzle of the packaging machine fails to repair, most of the plug-in workers will choose to rest, but she chooses to stay at the maintenance site of the packaging machine and carefully observe how the electrician and the monitor handle and solve the failure. After the fault is solved, if she has something unclear or unclear, she will take the initiative to consult the electrician and the shift monitor, asking what causes the fault, how to solve the problem or what accessories to replace. Over time, she has accumulated some experience in the fault judgment and analysis of the packaging machine. When the packaging machine is abnormal, she can basically make accurate judgments, which has brought a lot of help to solve equipment failures and improve work efficiency. Usually, when she finds problems on the spot, she also likes to take the initiative to raise them to the monitor or management personnel, and asks for immediate treatment. She can't do things that can't be muddled along, and solves some equipment and safety hazards in daily work. Therefore, managers like to communicate with her and solve problems during on-site inspections. Because there is more communication with managers, colleagues often jokingly call her "Secretary Wang".

"Secretary Wang" is very principled in doing things. The daily work tasks are very high in standards and requirements for himself. After the packaging system began to implement voluntary labor, the team she led was highly organized, had a good working atmosphere, and had higher execution ability and execution standards than other teams. On April 1, 2022, at the beginning of the use of the cement hot-sealed bag, several skilled packers inserted it for a few days, and all shouted that their fingers hurt, but she did not shout, because she soon found the new paper bag inserting method, and exchanged bag inserting experience with colleagues in time, so that other employees could adapt to the new hot-sealed bag as soon as possible. At the beginning of March, the packaging workshop arranged for her to train two newly recruited young plug-in workers. She taught the new employees the skills of plug-in according to her own experience. The new employees learned quickly and could take up their posts normally in less than a week. When I saw the new employees inserting bags on the spot, their inserting posture was exactly the same as that of "Secretary Wang", much like the copying and pasting function in a computer. I had to admire her way of teaching skills.
