As an international project, the hardware construction, GMP system construction and new product introduction of the new Jinxi factory area have been completed as planned and on schedule, and the FDA certification inspection has entered the countdown.

With good hardware and software, the factory still needs a group of well-trained people to carry out all kinds of work. As a member of the grass-roots level of the new Jinxi factory, we are duty-bound. During the day, because they were busy with product production and daily affairs, they had no time to study quietly. They spontaneously asked to use their off-duty time to organize and study SOP documents and try their best to recharge and store energy. All they did was to achieve a better self. Every Tuesday and Thursday night, all the staff in the G01-G03 workshop sit together, sacrificing precious rest time, a pen, a notebook, a glass of water, sitting for four hours. Every second counts for concentrated learning. We stress progress and efficiency. At the same time, we are more concerned about whether the provisions of the document have been effectively implemented and implemented. Each small partner leads the explanation of relevant contents according to his own management division of labor. Other colleagues put forward operational doubts based on the actual production situation. Problems are thrown out, heated discussions, brainstorming by all staff, and summary after the exchange of ideas collide until everyone reaches a consensus. This is repeated, the small partners have a more specific grasp of the contents of the document and a more thorough understanding.
