The theme of this year's Safety Month is "Everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies", which is to let employees understand safety knowledge and be able to deal with situations when dangers occur. The safety management office of the group company specially issued the "learning materials on accident cases", and I learned it in the first place.

"Accident Case Learning Materials" are collected and reported by subordinate enterprises, and then sorted, summarized, reviewed and revised by the Safety Management Office of the Group Company. The learning materials cover 15 accident cases of chemical enterprises, 30 accident cases of cement enterprises and 15 accident cases of general industrial and trade enterprises. These accidents are caused by various factors, including equipment failure, personnel illegal operation, and very few changes in the external environment. After careful study and analysis, I found that nearly 60% of the accidents in 50 cases were related to personnel's illegal operations. The reasons for further subdivision in the illegal operation of personnel: some operators are not high in quality and careless; Not familiar with the operating procedures; The personnel did not analyze the on-site situation before starting up, and the hidden dangers were not eliminated for starting up.

It can be seen that people are one of the key factors in accidents. Therefore, I think the following aspects should be done to ensure safe production.

Improve the comprehensive quality of employees and cultivate the safety concept of employees. The company can regularly invite safety lecturers into the factory to carry out training to improve the comprehensive quality of employees, transmit some new safety ideas that keep pace with the times, and shape a new world outlook and safety outlook for employees. The comprehensive quality of employees is the spiritual outlook of an enterprise. It is not a good thing for employees to have low quality, do things carelessly and often shirk their responsibilities. High-quality employees have a strong sense of responsibility, and the level of operation will be relatively better, which can reduce the probability of some accidents to a certain extent.

Strengthen the familiarity with the operating procedures. After the safety operation procedures were issued, there were not many employees who took the initiative to study and study, and the self-study efficiency was not high. The leaders of the production department regularly organize training on safety operation procedures to let employees know the safety operation procedures well and actively guide the operators to operate strictly according to the production operation procedures. This may greatly reduce the occurrence of operational accidents.

Strengthen the control and familiarity of the startup site before startup. Before starting the machine, the main operator shall carefully check whether the machine and equipment are in good condition, whether the oil is sufficient, and whether the surrounding environment meets the starting conditions. These points are best evaluated and documented. A lot of accidents are because the boot situation is not clear, random boot caused.

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
