It has been almost a year since I joined the big family of Huang Ping Jianfeng. Here, there are colleagues who help each other and learn together, and there are elder brothers who help me grow up in the same boat.

As soon as I entered the factory, I secretly said to myself in my heart: "This will be my other home, and this will be the place I will fight." My first post was the inspection of electrical equipment and lines. In the face of specific practical work, I was both excited and scared. I was excited that I could finally apply the knowledge I learned in university to practice. I was afraid that I had shallow experience and messed up in a hurry. The teacher saw my uneasiness and kept teaching me hand in hand, patiently guiding me how to deal with different situations and encouraging me to try boldly. His attitude affected me deeply.

After taking part in the work for four months, I took the examination of low voltage electrician. Although a lot of preparations were made in advance, when entering the examination room, my palms were still nervous and sweaty. In the following days, I realized more and more deeply that life is full of ups and downs and challenges. Only by overcoming these can I move forward bravely.

This year in Huang Ping Peak not only improved my work skills a lot, but also enriched my spiritual world all the time. In December last year, I participated in Huang Ping Jianfeng's lecture on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. I deeply realized that as a Chinese youth in the new era, we must firmly keep up with the pace of the times and forge ahead. In April this year, the company organized an outdoor expansion campaign. My colleagues and I narrowed the distance between each other and increased the cohesion of the team.

During the journey together with Huang Ping Peak, my career ideal has been strengthened. Now I am full of confidence and energy for the future.
