It has been almost a year since I joined the big family of Huang Ping Jianfeng. Here, there are colleagues who help each other and learn together, and there are elder brothers who help me grow up in the same boat.

As soon as I entered the factory, I secretly said to myself in my heart: "This will be my other home, and this will be the place I will fight." My first post was the inspection of electrical equipment and lines. In the face of specific practical work, I was both excited and scared. I was excited that I could finally apply the knowledge I learned in university to practice. I was afraid that I had shallow experience and messed up in a hurry. The teacher saw my uneasiness and kept teaching me hand in hand, patiently guiding me how to deal with different situations and encouraging me to try boldly. His attitude affected me deeply.

After taking part in the work for four months, I took the examination of low voltage electrician. Although a lot of preparations were made in advance, when entering the examination room, my palms were still nervous and sweaty. In the following days, I realized more and more deeply that life is full of ups and downs and challenges. Only by overcoming these can I move forward bravely.

This year in Huang Ping Peak not only improved my work skills a lot, but also enriched my spiritual world all the time. In December last year, I participated in Huang Ping Jianfeng's lecture on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. I deeply realized that as a Chinese youth in the new era, we must firmly keep up with the pace of the times and forge ahead. In April this year, the company organized an outdoor expansion campaign. My colleagues and I narrowed the distance between each other and increased the cohesion of the team.

During the journey together with Huang Ping Peak, my career ideal has been strengthened. Now I am full of confidence and energy for the future. In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
