Some opinions mentioned the position from pulverized coal bin to mixing bin. It originally had a blanking pipe composed of a soft expansion joint, an eccentric blanking pipe, a cone reducing diameter joint and a fixed joint at the entrance of the small bin, and the change from the inner diameter of the gate valve of the pulverized coal silo 600mm to the inner diameter of the small silo entrance 385mm results in poor blanking. After on-site measurement, Yunnan Peak decided to install a soft expansion joint with an inner diameter of 600mm from the lower part of the gate valve of the pulverized coal silo. The lower part of the expansion joint was also changed to a stainless steel round pipe with an inner diameter of 600mm , which was directly open and welded with the top of the silo to form a discharge pipe. After the transformation is completed, there will be no coal cut-off phenomenon when bituminous coal is used, so lignite is resumed. When lignite is used, instantaneous coal cut-off phenomenon occurs occasionally, but it will not affect the temperature in the decomposition furnace and the calcination working condition of the rotary kiln, and the feeding amount of the rotary kiln can be stabilized at more than 260 tons. The transformation achieved the desired effect.
For a long time, I have felt that imported equipment cannot be easily changed, but after this transformation, I have changed my inherent concept. So, sometimes change thinking, also can harvest full.
