In 2006 , I joined Jianfeng after graduating from university. In the raw material workshop of Jiangnan Factory of Pharmaceutical Company, I worked as an operator in the general area and clean area first, then became an experimenter in the workshop optimization process, and also assisted the workshop director in revising GMP documents. After 17 years of working in Spike, I really feel that Spike is a place to cultivate people.
