Technical Quality Department is not only responsible for daily testing product indicators, but also responsible for the development of new products and technologies. Whenever the customer's requirements are higher than the old mature production process, it is necessary for the technical quality department to take the lead, communicate with the customer, make a good preliminary plan, and evaluate the realization possibility by matching the performance of the own equipment with the production process one by one. Whenever there are indicators that need to be verified, or customers want to confirm and test requirements, the technical quality department will send the sample production plan to the production department. 2021 They did dozens of water seepage tests and combustion tests. In case of products that the customer has not done and the cable company has also done less, the technical quality department will make specifications. on the one hand, it will confirm the product process to the customer, and on the other hand, it will provide quotation to the salesman. if the structure changes little, it can also guide the production department. last year, it produced more than 180 specifications. If it is a new product with great structural changes, Lu Chaofang will make a quality plan, which specifies the materials, equipment, process and inspection requirements of each process in more detail. During the trial production of new products, due to changes in materials, equipment, and processes, the possibility of problems and failures is high, and the technical quality department needs to track the whole process.

New products cannot be produced in large quantities when they are first launched, which is responsible to the customer and to the cable company itself. Coupled with the additional costs of trial and error, it means that these small orders for new products are usually not profitable and may even lose money. Lu Chaofang said bluntly, "I am a person who dares and is willing to experiment with new products " . Even if the new product means a challenge, it also means that it will bring more workload to the technical quality department. The possibility of failure is high, but if you don't innovate, you can't keep up with the market demand. Lying on "comfort zone " The enterprise that eats the old capital can never move forward. It is easy to make large-scale goods with mature technology and skilled process, but only by making their own characteristics can small-scale cable companies make a breakthrough in the cable industry with billions of output values. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out.
