During that time, there were a lot of vehicles that came to weigh the pounds. I was too busy to touch the ground, but because of my lack of skills, I often cared about one thing and lost the other, and my work efficiency was extremely low. In a highly responsible attitude and adhering to the concept of serving customers, I perform the job responsibilities of a warehouse keeper to handle the entry and exit procedures for drivers who pick up and deliver goods, remind them of matters needing attention, and actively assist drivers who encounter problems in the process of picking up goods to solve various problems, reduce their waiting time, improve their satisfaction and reduce customer complaints. Adhere to the working concept of "finishing every day", enter the daily incoming and outgoing information into the U8 system in a timely and accurate manner, and make corresponding account and goods card registration; According to the actual work needs, make all kinds of statements and submit them to the competent leadership in a timely manner; Actively assist the finance department to collect loading fees and storage fees from drivers, and do a good job of registration and handing over; actively cooperate with customer service to do a good job in the transfer of goods, the right to transfer goods and customer audit...
